Bernel C. Thomas IIIPresident | Originally from New Orleans Louisiana, Bernel has worked in the hospitality and tourism industries for nearly 20 years with a firm focus on providing excellent customer service and quality training all personnel working within an organization. Always believing in having a 'never too late to learn' attitude, Bernel enrolled himself in University of Guam at the age of 31. With a class load averaging of 21 credit hours he advanced to graduated with a Degree of Bachelors of Business Administration in Management in just 3 years time. | ||
Over the course of his career Bernel has gained a wealth of knowledge, skills and abilities while working with top companies in the industry to include Hilton Hotel, Hyatt Hotel, Westin Resorts and SandCastle. Having excelled from the position of ‘Waiter’ to ‘Restaurant Front Manager’ to ‘Housekeeping Manager’ and on to ‘Guest Services Manager’, Bernel knows first hand what it takes to perform effectively in high profile positions, where a company reputation is on the line. Today, Bernel embarks on a bold mission to help Beijing based companies recognize the importance of training employees for quality customer service by establishing WoAi Hospitality & Tourism Consultants. With this new vehicle, Bernel’s goal is to effectively teach important skills to thousands of company employees so that they will be capable of effectively delivering on the surging demands for quality customer service in Beijing.
